Meeting AHA Resident where they are


On June 20 & 21, 2024 the Choice Planning Team set up pop-up events at Wainwright Manor, Grove and Pennsylvania Apartments to connect with residents residents and share about the Choice Neighborhood Initiative planning process. The Albuquerque Housing Authority and the City of Albuquerque joined forces and resources to meet residents where they are at. Residents were met with informational tools, but also creative interactive displays for their input about the project logo and availability to participate in meetings; The "Sharing Shelves", a project by UNM Design and Planning Assistance Center (DPAC) who is also part of the planning team, featured giveaway items for residents stopping by.
